Hi there! Sorry for the time away from the website. I've been busy, working away on new illustrations as well as comics and let my blogging duties fall by the wayside.
I'll be at a couple of upcoming Denver-metro area cons, including Rocky Mountain Con from September 29 - October 1 and the brand new Daku Con from November 10 - November 12. I'll have new mini prints and the third volume of my comic available, so stop by and say hi!
As you can see from this image I've been working on a new gouache series depicting various RPG equipment items for different classes. The one I'm showing here is for the flashy wizard. This color scheme isn't what I had in mind when I first started the piece, but I am very happy actually with how it turned out. I knew I wanted the background the be orange, but didn't know I'd do a blue-violet, yellow-green, and orange triad. These have been a lot of fun to pick out the items and to do the layouts. I currently have eight in total for the series and am planning on doing more. New ones include the witch and necromancer and upcoming ones include the ranger and sorcerer classes.
