Hi Everyone! Con prep and planning took over my life after DCC! I've been working on a few new things and have some projects in the works. I did this Revolutionary Girl Utena piece for the Nan Desu Kan 2018 Art Show, and I'm proud to say that it went to auction and I ended up getting paid for it! I didn't put in the original but a beautifully printed scan of it and am very happy with how it came out. It was an ambitious piece for me and I'm very pleased how well I executed the vision I had of it. I also have a couple of comic projects planned as well as gearing up with prompt ideas for this year's Inktober challenge. Have you ever done it? I didn't always do well doing it every day when I first started it, but the last 3 years, I've done pretty well by picking themes to work on. One year was a Witch's Apothecary, another my Brews and Bruises characters doing the official prompts, and last year was the Fantasy Creatures' Bar. This year is looking like a collaboration with a couple of friends doing dapper dressed dudes, so we'll see how that goes! I hope to have a show or two left for this year after Gunbarrel Pop-Up Comic Con, but I got to wait and see how some things shake out first. I'll keep you posted!
